Privacy Policy for Website
New Beginnings Minnesota uses Google Analytics to track visitor statistics on nbminnesota.com. Google Analytics is a piece of software that grabs data about our visitors. It records:
- What website you came from to get here
- How long you stay
- What kind of computer you’re using
- And quite a bit more
Occasionally, we review these statistics to learn more about the number of visitors this site receives and browsers being used. No Personally Identifying Information (PII) is included in this type of reporting. All activity falls within the bounds of the Google Analytics Terms of Service.

CRF 42 Patient Confidentiality
It is the policy of New Beginnings Minnesota to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the confidentiality of patient information.
- All releases of patient information must be made with written consent of the patient/guardians except under those conditions allowed by current government regulations.
- The Minnesota Department of Human Services, Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy, Minnesota Department of Health and the Joint Commission shall have access to patient records in the course of licensure inspection and or investigation. It is understood that department representatives shall abide by confidentiality regulation; a release of information is not required.
